Actually Sufficient Storage (Root)

This is a root fix and will not work without it!

Formerly called Fix Me Phone, until we add more fixes, it will be named Actually Sufficient Storage. Code repositories will retain the old name.

Currently there is only 2 fixes for the insufficient storage bug, but there are more fixes coming.
